My Journey Home
The Heart Behind Return to She
Meet the woman who believes healing begins by remembering who you’ve always been.
Meet Selena
That realization became the foundation of Return to She. I don’t believe women need to be fixed because I don’t believe they are broken. My role is simply to walk beside them, offering guidance, Reiki, and a safe space to reconnect with themselves. Together, we quiet the noise of expectations, release what no longer serves us, and return to the woman who has been there all along, whole, worthy, and waiting to be remembered.
Mission of Remembering
Return to She exists to help women remember who they are beneath what happened to them and reconnect with the woman they were before the world told them who to be. We believe that healing is not about becoming someone new, but about returning to the truth of who you have always been.
Through Reiki, spiritual guidance, nervous system healing, and intentional self-discovery, we create a safe and supportive space where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover the wisdom, strength, and authenticity that have always lived within them. Our mission is to walk alongside every woman on her journey of healing, helping her release what no longer serves her, reclaim her voice, and come home to herself with grace, compassion, and confidence.

Unfolding Beauty: The Peony's Lesson
The Moon's Guiding Light
The moon has held a special place in my heart for as long as I can remember. My name, Selena, is derived from the Greek goddess of the moon, and I’ve always felt deeply connected to its quiet presence. No matter where I am or what season of life I’m walking through, I’ve found myself looking up at the moon. It has been a reminder that there is beauty in every phase, even the ones that feel dark or uncertain.
One of the things I love most about the moon is that it never stops being whole. Even when we can only see a sliver of its light, we know the rest is still there. I believe the same is true for us. Life has a way of covering parts of who we are with trauma, expectations, heartbreak, responsibilities, and survival. We may feel disconnected from ourselves, but we are never truly lost. Our light has not disappeared. It has simply been hidden for a time.
The moon also reminds me that healing isn’t something we rush. Just as the moon moves through its phases with perfect timing, our own journey unfolds in seasons. There are moments of growth, moments of rest, moments of letting go, and moments of becoming. Each phase has purpose, and each one brings us a little closer to remembering who we are. For me, the moon is a symbol of hope, grace, and gentle transformation, a reminder that no matter what season you’re in, you are still whole, still worthy, and still becoming the woman you were always meant to be.
